HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened August 7, with the Hon. Michael McKenney presiding.
The trial of Barbara A. Hinton of Elkins, W.Va., charged with two felony counts of manufacturing controlled substances, was set for October 16.
Darren P. Frye of Reedville, who was convicted of a misdemeanor for trespassing after being forbidden in 2017, withdrew a related appeal.
