The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber of Commerce recently announced the fourth annual “Shoptober by the Bay” will begin October 1.
Over 30 businesses in Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone will provide exclusive savings for the month of October, said executive director Anne Paparella.
“The Lancaster by the Bay Chamber merchants are excited to join together to create a shopping event which highlights the unique items our businesses have to offer, while providing an opportunity to bring visitors to our area,” said executive director Anne Paparella.
