WHITE STONE—Russell F. Barrack, Jr., 62, formerly of White Stone passed away on Friday, January 18, at Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Hampton.
Russell served more than 20 years in the U.S. Merchant Marines.
He is preceded in death by his father, Russell F. Barrack Sr. and mother, Doris H. Barrack, both formerly of White Stone; and his sister, Wanda B. Nichols, formerly of Newport News.
Surviving are his twin sister, Beverley B. White of Edenton, N.C., and his sister, Lucy B. Booher of Jacksonville, N.C. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held at noon Friday, January 25, at Currie Funeral Home in Kilmarnock. Burial will follow at the Irvington Baptist Church Cemetery in Irvington.
