LANCASTER—Lancaster County Circuit Court convened Friday, February 8, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
Jonathan A. Towles of Lancaster was found guilty of distribution of cocaine and the prosecution entered a nolle prosequi in a second felony drug charge. The judge asked for a pre-sentencing report and Towles will reappear for sentencing on April 26.
