KILMARNOCK—Bernice Hazzard Farley, 92, of Kilmarnock passed away on February 24, 2019.
She was a volunteer for Rappahannock General Hospital for 35 years.
She is survived by two daughters, Barbara F. Newlon of Irvington and Carolyn F. Walker of Kilmarnock; grandchildren, Dr. Andrew Walker, Angie Delano, Brendan Walker and Sarah Walker; great-grandchildren, Caitlin Gagnon, Brendan Walker Jr. and Mason Walker; several nieces and nephews; and a cousin, Charles Carlson.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jed W. Farley; and her grandson, Aaron Walker.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 28, at Currie Funeral Home, Kilmarnock. Interment will follow the service at Bethel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Lively.
