HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, April 30, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
William S. Diller of Callao, charged with three felonies for violating his probation on felony offenses, could not be found to be served.
William L. George of Reedville, charged with violating his probation on a felony offense, could not be found to be served.
The trial of Jermaine M. Ball of Heathsville, charged with felony manufacture of a controlled substance, was continued to July 2.
Bond was denied in the case of Nickolas V. Chinn of Heathsville, charged with misdemeanor destruction of property and two felonies including one count for firearm larceny not from a person and one count for entering a home to commit assault and battery. Chinn’s trial is scheduled for July 9.
