Historic Christ Church & Museum (HCC&M), 420 Christ Church Road, Weems, invites the community to its sixth-annual “Raise the Roof” Craft Beer Fest from 1-6 p.m. July 13. The event will feature music, a dozen Virginia craft beers, wine, barbecue (or vegetarian fare) and homemade ice cream.
The jazz-swing band Good Shot Judy and the blues band Bobby “BlackHat” Walters will return to entertain the crowd and get everyone dancing, reported HCC&M director of programs and communications Robert Teagle.
