HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, June 17, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Keith A. Branem of Richmond, charged with one felony for violating his probation on a felony offense, was dismissed.
The trial of Yolanda J. Mitchell of Reedville, charged with an infraction for speeding 64 mph in a 45 mph zone, was continued to December 17.
The trial of William S. Diller of Hague, charged with four felonies for violating his probation on a felony offense, was set for October 22.
The case of Charles A. Johnson of Haynesville, charged with one felony count revoking his pretrial release on a felony charge, was continued to June 25.
