HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened July 23, with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding.
The case of Benjamin G. Billinger of Callao, charged with one felony for eluding police and two misdemeanors including one count for driving with a suspended or revoked license and one count for possession of marijuana, was continued to July 30.
The trial of Joseph C. Jackson of Heathsville, charged with one felony for giving a false statement on his criminal history, was continued to October 1.
The trial of Donald L. Moore of King William, charged with two felonies including one count for entering a house to commit assault and battery and one count for grand larceny, was scheduled for December 10.
