WHITE STONE—Michael Schoelwer, chairman of the Lancaster County Republican Committee, has filed to run for chairman of the Republican Party of Virginia (RPV).
Accompanied by several of his supporters, Schoelwer filed his forms January 13 at the RPV headquarters in Richmond.
