LANCASTER—Jacob Michael Monday of Lancaster appeared in Lancaster County Circuit Court January 30 for pre-trial motions and to set a trial date on his charge of first degree murder in the death of David LaForge.
LaForge, a resident of Northumberland County, was reported missing on August 23 after leaving The Buoy Convenience Store in Burgess. His body was found August 30 in Gloucester County.
Monday will also be tried for the concealment of a dead body, the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, and shooting in the commission of a felony. The five-day trial is scheduled to begin June 22 with the Hon. R. Michael McKenney presiding. Monday waived …
