The Rivers District of the Boys Scouts of America (BSA) will honor Robert “Bob” Parker with their Distinguished Scouter and Citizen Award at a special celebration from 5-7 p.m. April 4 at Beale Memorial Baptist Church, 19622 Tidewater Trail, Tappahannock.
Dinner will be catered by All Stewed-Up Catering. The fee is $35 per person. To attend, contact Scouting district executive Jim Ewan at 577-7259 or jim.ewan@scouting.org no later than March 25.
