, a member of Boy Scouts of America Troop 242, Kilmarnock, earned the rank of Eagle Scout on March 14. His Eagle project was building three 8-foot treated picnic tables for the Lancaster High School athletic field. A junior at Lancaster High School, he has participated in wrestling and varsity soccer. Casseday is the son of Deb and Hubie Rhodes of White Stone.
