Honoring health care workers

With horns blaring and riders waving signs, a gratitude parade for those on the front line of the COVID-19 crisis drove by health care facilities in Kilmarnock last Wednesday. Some 23 cars, along with units from Upper Lancaster, Kilmarnock and White Stone volunteer fire departments and Kilmarnock-Lancaster Volunteer Rescue Squad, cruised by the squad building and Bon Secours Rappahannock General Hospital on Harris Drive before heading to Commonwealth Senior Living on Main Street and the Lancashire Convalescent and Rehabilitation Center on School Street.
