Lancaster establishes grading plan for 2019-20 school year

In a letter to parents, school superintendent Dan Russell shared how the district will handle grades and promotions for the 2019-20 academic year cut short in March.

Final report cards will be mailed home to all students the week of June 1, with grades based on “all standards taught as of March 13,” according to the letter.

For pre-K through third grade, students will receive their usual ratings of “outstanding,” “very good,” “satisfactory,” “needs improvement,” or “unsatisfactory.”
