Chapman case set for grand jury on Friday

LANCASTER—The case of Matthew S. Chapman of White Stone will be reviewed by a Lancaster County Circuit Court grand jury at 9 a.m. tomorrow, July 24, according to Clerk of Circuit Court Diane Mumford.
