White Stone man is arraigned in accidental deaths of two individuals

LANCASTER—Phillip Ethan Dean of White Stone was arraigned Tuesday, July 28, in Lancaster County General District Court on four felony charges involving the Saturday, July 25, deaths of T. Andy Pittman of Lancaster and Shawna Lynn Pfarr of Weems.

Dean, 41, was formally charged with two counts of felony murder for accidentally killing Pittman and Pfarr while in the commission of a felony crime. Dean also faces two felony charges for the third offense of selling/giving a Schedule I/II substance.
