Status hearing set on Chapman case

LANCASTER—A status hearing in the case of Matthew S. Chapman of White Stone, charged with both second and first degree murder in the shooting death of John Carter Gordon of Kilmarnock, is scheduled for 9 a.m. Friday, October 9, in Lancaster County Circuit Court.

Chapman is accused of murdering Gordon, who was shot on March 18 at 232 Beach Road in White Stone.
