White Stone will allow trick-or-treating Oct. 31

White Stone will celebrate Halloween.

The town council voted unanimously, 7-0, during a special meeting last Thursday to allow trick-or-treating in town limits from 4-6 p.m. on October 31.

Councilman Ran Reeves made the motion and Melinda Sliakis George seconded it with Reeves, George, Irving Brittingham, William Hubbard, AnnGardner Eubank, Jamilah Sawyer and Kathryn “Scotty” Roop voting in support.
