Voting continues through Election Day; counting at least through Nov. 6

KILMARNOCK—Voters have through Saturday, October 31, to vote early in person at local voter registration offices.

The Lancaster County Voter Registration Office, County Administration Building, 8311 Mary Ball Road, Lancaster, is open from 8:30 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and Saturday, October 31.

The Northumberland County Voter Registration Office, James R. Hundley DVM Memorial Building, 45 Back Street, Heathsville, is open from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Mondays through Fridays, and Saturday, October 31.

Voters do not have to fill out an application to vote early in person, according to the State Board of Elections. Voters can go to their general registrar’s office, show an ID, and cast a ballot.

The last day to request an absentee mail-in ballot has passed. Absentee ballots returned by mail must be postmarked by Election Day, November 3, and received by the local voter registration office by noon on Friday, November 6. Voters can also drop off their marked and sealed ballots…
