White Stone decorating contest is December 16

White Stone residents are urged to deck the halls, trim the trees and get into the holiday spirit.

The town will hold its annual Christmas decorating contest for residential and commercial properties on Wednesday, December 16, according to town manager Patrick Frere. Judging will begin at 5:30 p.m.

Prizes will be awarded for first, second and third place, along with an honorable mention, for both residential and commercial properties. There also will be a Mayor’s Award.

The town will get judging assistance from members of the White Stone Woman’s Club, said Frere.
