Phillip L. Flint

REEDVILLE—Phillip Lee Flint, 84, went home to be with the Lord on January 14, 2021. He was a lifelong member of Fairport Baptist Church, Fairport.

Phillip was preceded in death by his father, Walter L. Flint Jr.; mother, Lillian Rew Flint; sister, Norma Fr. Edwards; niece, Cynthia S. Martz and brother-in-law,  John E. Burton.

Phillip is survived by his sisters, Ann F. McDermott (Joe) and Brenda F. Burton; nieces, Terry S. Elam (Ricky), Pat S. Thornton (Ed), Donna M. Thompson (Tommy) and Amanda B. Thrift (Reuben); nephew, W. Bruce Spaven (Belize) and seven great-nieces and four great-nephews.

A graveside service was held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 18, at Roseland Cemetery, Reedville.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Fairport Baptist Church Benevolent Fund, 2395 Fairport Road, Reedville, VA 22539.

Phillip’s memory will be forever in our hearts.

Currie Funeral Home LLC of Kilmarnock handled the arrangements.
