Empowerment program to begin

The Northern Neck Baptist Association Inc. and its Commissions will sponsor an Advocacy/Tutorial – Empowerment Program beginning today, January 21, from 4-7 p.m. at Morning Star Baptist Church, 849 Beanes Road, Heathsville, and Beulah Baptist Church, 4448 Mary Ball Road, Lively.
