Frances Hurst of Burgess turned 103 on Wednesday, February 17. She is a life long member of Fairfields United Methodist Church and was a teacher in the Northumberland County Public Schools for over 30 years. She continues to live in her own home with excellent caregivers. Her son and daughter-in-law, Carroll and Robin Hurst, live in Richmond and planned to be with her on this special day.
