Northern Neck Electric Cooperative is recognized for restoration efforts

At the May 13 meeting of the Northumberland County Board of Supervisors, Northern Neck Electric Cooperative (NNEC) received recognition for its restoration efforts in the wake of the EF2 tornado that impacted the Lottsburg and Callao areas on May 3.

The board adopted a resolution unanimously recognizing the work of many organizations, including NNEC, for their efforts in the aftermath of the storm.
