The White Stone Baptist food pantry recently received a grant of $5,000 from FeedMore of Richmond for a large commercial 3-door freezer.
The former freezer was purchased used 10 years ago, and finally gave up and couldn’t be repaired any further, reported Sue Donaldson.
The food pantry is open from 1-3 p.m. Tuesdays and serves about 110 families a month….
