The Bay Center will host an outdoor event, “Loved Ones Remembered,” at 5:30 p.m. December 7 at Town Centre Park, 150 North Main Street, Kilmarnock. The rain date is December 8.
In an effort to remember those who have passed during the last year, the non-denominational service will honor their memory with the reading of their names, the ringing of bells and lighting of candles.
