KILMARNOCK—Several townhomes are proposed for Kilmarnock in the near future.
Town council on Monday, April 18, approved a related rezoning application submitted by Melvin and Caroline Veney for property at South Main Street and Tartan Village Drive.
Wayne Savage with Bay Design Group told council the proposed project is slated to have 15 units, each with its own one-car garage.
