Redmond leads Westmoreland varsity over Lancaster, 28-12

The King William High School girls and boys teams won a dual cross country meet at West Point last Wednesday.

Ryleigh Frayser was the individual medalist in the girls meet and her teammate Reagan Walpole was the runner-up to lead the Cavaliers to a team low 42 to win the girls meet. King William had three runners in the top 10 to also score 42 and win the boys meet.

In the boys meet, Lancaster had three runners among the top 10 to finish as the team runner-up with 52 points. Middlesex was third with 67, West Point fourth, 68, and Rappahannock fifth, 131.

Matthew Kane had the best finish….
