KILMARNOCK—Cecil Barnett “Sonny” Whaley Jr., 74, of Kilmarnock passed away October 21, 2022.
A celebration of life will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, November 12, at the Kilmarnock Baptist Church Fellowship Hall, instead of his residence as earlier reported.
