History, mystery and fun! Join the Friends of Belle Isle State Park March 15 for an afternoon of great stories, community and refreshments as the Virginia Writers Series continues.
The guest author will be Ann Eichenmuller, reported park manager Katie Shepard.
A former educator and recipient of the Washington Post’s Agnes Meyer Award for Excellence in Teaching, Eichenmuller took up her pen in 2015 and began a second career as a writer.
Starting with marine journalism, her articles have appeared in All at Sea, Chesapeake Style, Boating Times and Chesapeake Bay Magazine, earning her four Boating Writers International Awards.
