IRVINGTON—Retired U.S. Navy Captain Norman Gardner Mosher passed from this life on February 7, 2023.
A celebration of his life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 11, in the auditorium of Rappahannock Westminster-Canterbury, 132 Lancaster Drive, Irvington. The service will be followed by a light lunch.
