The Northern Neck Master Gardeners’ Shoreline Evaluation Program will offer “Shoreline Basics: 10 Essentials Every Waterfront Homeowner Needs to Know” at 2 p.m. April 28 at the Lancaster Community Library, 16 Town Centre Drive, Kilmarnock.
