WHITE STONE—An annual inspection of the Robert O. Norris Jr. Memorial Bridge will begin Monday, September 25.
Route 3 travelers can expect brief daytime delays crossing the bridge over the Rappahannock River between Lancaster and Middlesex counties for an estimated three weeks, reported Virginia Department of Transportation Fredericksburg District communications manager Kelly Hannon.
