Celtic service to be offered at St. Stephen’s

St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church, 6807 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, will offer a candlelit Celtic service at 5:30 p.m. Sunday, October 22. The theme is “Blessings in Our Community.” 

The service will combine Irish and Scottish traditional music with reflective readings and prayers. Laura Rowe selects the music and plays various flutes; she is accompanied by Nina Buzby on cello and Dr. Cheryl Davis on piano and Irish harp. 

The inspiration for this service comes from the ancient Celtic cultural beginnings in the British Isles and….
