Veterans Day events in local churches include the following:
• Mt. Olive Baptist Church will hold a Veterans Day celebration at 10 a.m. Sunday, November 12. The speaker is retired USMC Master Gunnery Sergeant Vicente Griffith.
• Rev. Brad and Joanie Perry of Alabaster Grace will present a Veterans Day concert and worship service at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 12, at Bluff Point United Methodist Church, 2551 Bluff Point Road, Kilmarnock. Love donations appreciated.
