Golden Village Christmas, the celebration of Christmastide at Rice’s Hotel/Hughlett’s Tavern, 73 Monument Place, Heathsville, will include sales of fresh decorative door swags and other holiday greenery. The event will be held from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. December 2.
The public is invited to shop at the Tavern’s Heritage Arts Center Gift Shoppe, which offers artisan-crafted gifts for sale and showcases several artisans at work in their studios. Ye Olde Bake Shoppe will sell homemade cakes, candy, breads, pies and cookies.
