LANCASTER—Sevin Shykim Noel of Lottsburg was arraigned in Lancaster County Circuit Court on Friday, November 17, on two additional charges related to the June 26 shooting death of Nickolas Van Jor Chinn of Heathsville.
Noel, who was previously charged with first degree murder, is now facing additional felonies for shooting in commission of a felony and using a firearm in commission of a felony, first offense.
A jury trial on all charges is currently scheduled for February 13 through 16.
