The Northern Neck Sail and Power Squadron (NNSPS) will offer a Safe Boating Course in January and February at the NNSPS Classroom, Chesapeake Commons, 453C North Main Street, Kilmarnock.
Graduates will qualify for the Virginia State boating education requirement and receive a Virginia Boating Education Card, reported Keith Kidd. This course includes training in boat handling using a Boating Safety Virtual Trainer.
