The drawing, which took place at the Taste by the Bay in November 2023, enabled Cline to recommend the grant to the Lancaster County Virginia Education Foundation.
Cline spent most of her career in educational administration at the Stafford County Public Schools. One of her main duties was to recruit teachers.
“I will never not support education,” Cline said. “I will do everything I can to encourage teachers.”
