HEATHSVILLE—The Northumberland County Circuit Court convened Tuesday, April 2, with the Hon. Steven S. Smith presiding.
In the case of Bennie T. Lee of Reedville, charged with three counts of distributing/selling for profit Schedule I/II drugs, the case was continued to April 23.
In the case of Louis P. Spencer of Warsaw, charged with armed burglary and second degree murder, a trial was continued to May 7.
Charles A. Marselas of Heathsville pleaded guilty to four counts of probation violation on a felony offense. He was sentenced to 19 years and 6 months with 18 years suspended. He faces $653 in costs and was placed on indefinite supervision.
