
“A Fish Story, How Chesapeake Bay Built The Northern Neck,” a locally-produced film will premiere May 15 at the Compass Entertainment Complex, 100 Entertainment Drive, Irvington.
The documentary will repeat on May 20. Show times are 7 and 8 p.m. both nights, said Kilmarnock Museum president Carroll Lee Ashburn. The film was created by 26th Street Media of Richmond for the museum.
The film is largely about the menhaden industry and includes segments about working watermen and the oyster wars, said Ashburn.
