KINSALE—Anne Marie Conkle, 63, of Kinsale, formerly of Lancaster County, passed away peacefully in her home on Wednesday, May 23, 2018.
She previously worked as an O.B. nurse at Rappahannock General Hospital and recently worked as an R.N. who cared for children with special needs. Anne loved her family but especially her grandchildren.
She is survived by her daughter, Helen Kristina Conkle (Lacy McDowell) of Hyattsville, Md.; grandchildren, Bridgette and Quincy; siblings, Rita Brett of Stony Point, N.C., Allen P. Conkle (Lois) of Limerick, Pa., Margaret M. McManus (Bob) of Phoenixville, Pa., Regina Jefferson of Raleigh, N.C., Rev. Francis J. Conkle S.T. of Haiti, Joseph P. Conkle of White Stone and William J. Conkle of Richmond; 17 nieces and nephews; 29 great nieces and nephews and many loving friends including the Kelly family of Kinsale.
Anne is preceded in death by her mother, Rita Agnes Ryan Conkle.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
