Northumberland Public Library, 7204 Northumberland Highway, Heathsville, will host a Books Alive event from 5-7 p.m. Friday, March 24. Leaving a Legacy in Written Words will feature authors Gail Wilson Kenna, Illona Duncan and Susan Moore, who will discuss their books which explore three different historical periods.
Light appetizers and wine will be served. The event is sponsored by the Friends of Northumberland Public Library.
