Lancaster County Circuit Court convened at 9 a.m. March 22 In the case of Concerned Citizens of Lancaster versus school board chairman Audrey Thomasson.
Judge R. Michael McKenney set a motions hearing for 2 p.m., April 5. Representing the Commonwealth will be attorney Matthew Kite. School board attorney Brad King will represent Thomasson.
The Concerned Citizens of Lancaster on March 14 filed petitions seeking to unseat Thomasson.
