From the crinoline skirts of the 50s to the go-go boots of the 60s, the four best friends in the upcoming Lancaster Players musical navigate relationships, growing up and following their dreams. The group’s reunion 10 years later reveals adjustments to adulthood, as well as their continuing romantic challenges.
The Lancaster Players will present “The Marvelous Wonderettes” at 8 p.m. June 7-8, 13-15 and 20-22, and 3 p.m. June 9, 16 and 23 at The Lancaster Playhouse, 361 Chesapeake Drive, White Stone. The musical will open an hour prior to curtain for a social period with cash bar.
