LANCASTER—After repeated delays, Matthew Scott Chapman is scheduled to appear in Lancaster Circuit Court on Monday, November 15, to face charges related to the March 18, 2020, shooting death of John Carter Gordon of Kilmarnock.
The jury selection is expected to begin on Monday with the trial scheduled to take place through Friday, November 19.
Chapman has been charged with first-degree murder; using a firearm in the commission of a felony, first offense; and shooting in the commission of a felony.
