The Kilmarnock Garden Club will welcome Master Judge Rebecca Elston on Tuesday, May 21.
A member of the Chesapeake Bay Garden Club since 1996, Elston attended flower show schools beginning in 1997 and became a Master Judge in 2012, reported Rosemary Francis.
Elston will present the basic principles of floral design with a workshop for members and guests at 1 p.m. at Kilmarnock Baptist Church, 65 East Church Street, Kilmarnock. All participating can pick which design they wish to make after her demonstration, said Francis.
By Friday, May 17, guests should call 436-3921 to reserve a spot and to obtain the list of materials required for this presentation. A fee of $10 is required at the time of the workshop for guests.
