Family to shower Mrs. DeLeaver with flowers on her 100th birthday

Elise T. Galloway DeLeaver was born in Kilmarnock, on January  27, 1921.

“Our family is honoring our matriarch by telling everyone it’s her birthday! We are so excited to announce the 100th birthday of Elise Galloway DeLeaver,” said her daughter, Cheryl M. Hinton.

Mrs. DeLeaver is a longtime resident of Baltimore, Md. She also is a longtime member of the missionary society and past participant of the sanctuary choir of the historic Union Baptist Church in Baltimore.

She graduated from A.T. Wright School in 1939 and….
