HEATHSVILLE—A.C. “Junior” Fisher of Wicomico Church received the Republican nomination for the Northumberland board of supervisors by a 54-15 margin at the Northumberland County Republican Committee mass meeting on May 8.
Fisher joined incumbent supervisor Joe Self of Callao as the Republican nominees for the board of supervisors in the November 8 election. Self is seeking reelection in District 1. Fisher will run for the District 4 seat, reported Patrick O’Brien.
Fisher and his wife, Sherry, have two children, Brittany and Logan, who, like Fisher, are graduates of the Northumberland public school system. Fisher’s family has lived in the county for two centuries.
